Account/call listThis screen shows a Supervisor controlled list of records that users may see You can choose which data columns to display including contact names and even product/contract details. The list can be setup to show records based on almost any field, including record owner, status, salesman, postcode, timezone and etc |

Account detailsThis screen shows the main account details. It is easy to change which fields are displayed and their names. In addition up to 120 user defined fields may be displayed. |

CalendarOn this screen appointments and/or callbacks are shown. Supervisors can control what data is displayed and salesman can set unavailability times, leave notes about days and appointments. |

Scripts and Call-guidesUsing scripts helps ensure your callers go through the call as you want them to. Answers can be in the form of tickboxes, textfields, dropdown lists, checkboxes and radio buttons. The script can contrain branching and answers can be fed back into the main database fields. If this is not for you, then you can use callguides, a single page of merged text to add structure to your calls. |
